IMPACT OF PRINCIPLES OF SYSYEM ANALYSIS IN UASIN GISHU COUNTY AT THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVOLUTION, ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC SERVICE MANAGEMENT (COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS).

The department of devolution, administration and public service management is a system within the County government of Uasin Gishu since it has a set of sections that are specialized though they work independently and at the same time with interconnected. An analysis of this system gives a set of tenets since the department does coordination and at the same time there is workflow within the same sections.  The department has focused to be both an open and a closed system depending on the task force in place.
